RETURNS:
I do not accept returns. All items are final sale.
CANCELLATIONS:
I do accept cancellations.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your item(s) arrived defective or damaged:
Please contact lemonsathome@gmail.com (within 14 days of delivery) with your order number, issue with your item(s), and picture(s) of the condition of the item. You can choose to get a refund back on the original method of payment or a replacement of the same item. You do not need to ship anything back.
For a replacement of a damaged item, the item will be shipped at no extra cost to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
