My name is Lily and I am the creator and artist behind Lemons At Home. 

 

When I started Lemons, it was just an excuse to make silly doodles to cope with whatever was happening in 2020. Inspired by fellow friends I met at work, I started my Etsy shop (which you can visit here!) and figured, hey, I can do this too! I’ve always wanted to have my own business and make my own money but was always too cautious to make the jump. For a year, I did the artist thing; constantly comparing myself to others, never feeling good enough about my work, and struggling to figure out what I wanted my style and brand to be. And honestly? I’m still doing that. But now I’m doing it under the guise of being “self-aware” and “self-reflective”.

Having been at peace with that, I said, “F*** it, let’s just launch Lemons and see where it goes.” So, here we are. Here you are, on my website, reading about me (and hopefully also browsing my products). 

 

I make dumb, silly doodles and animations that are artistically mediocre but hopefully makes you smile a bit and makes your day a little bit better.
